It gives you a description of what you’re about to rent, item condition, item missing components and parts (if any), the rent duration (if applicable), rent notice (if applicable), and if discounts are available.
How? With the credit/debit card you’ve registered on tnerit with. When? If the rent start date is in less than 48hrs, you’ll be charged once the Lender accepts your rent request. If the rent start date is in more than 48hrs, you’ll be charged 48hrs prior to the rent start date.
That shouldn’t be the case but if you still believe so, “Reach us” and we’ll get in touch with the Lender to rectify the issue.
You can cancel a rent request for an item by clicking “✘” before the Lender accepts your rent request at no cancellation charge. If you cancel less than 48hrs from the rent start date a 30% cancellation charge will apply, and if you cancel less than 24hrs from the rent start date, a 40% cancellation
Upcoming: rents that have yet to start. Active: items you’re currently renting (active rents). Pending: rent request(s) that haven’t been accepted by the Lender yet (hang in there!). You Cancelled: all the rents you’ve cancelled. Lender Cancelled: all the rents the Lender cancelled. Rented: items you’ve rented in the past.
You will be directed to the Item Inspection screen, wherein you will be asked to provide details such as photos of the item upon receipt as well as any comments you may have. Once this is completed, the Lender will be notified that you’ve received the item.
Don’t panic, there’s probably a valid reason for that. The Lender has her/his own reason(s) for doing so. Try out another Lender!
You’ll need to discuss the pick-up and drop-off of any item with the Lender via Messages. tnerit does not currently offer a delivery service.
Of course! All you need to do is go to your Profile and select “Shift to Lender”. It’s that simple!

If a Lender cancels on you less than 48 hours from the rent start date, your compensation (in addition to your refund) appears as tnerit Credit. You can use your tnerit Credit for future rents! Also, if you cancel a rent less than 48 hours from the rent start date, cancellation fees will be deducted
Go to My Rentals and click on “>” from any of the tabs to view your previous transaction. In My Rentals, you’ll be able to view all your rental and cancellation charges.
If the item given by the Lender does not match the description and photos on the listing, you could either decide to keep the item and proceed with the rent, or cancel the rent by clicking “✘” under the Active tab in My Rentals. If you decide to cancel the rent, you must immediately return
If you agree to proceed with the rent, then the rent should continue as normal and we encourage you to rate the Lender accordingly. However, if you decide not to proceed with the rent, you can cancel the rent, by clicking “✘” under the Active tab in My Rentals. After cancelling the rent, you must
If you are late to pick up the item from a Lender, the Lender could either decide to proceed with the rent or cancel the rent. If you fail to pick up the item after multiple attempts by the Lender to get it touch with you, the Lender would then most likely proceed to cancel

Although tnerit aims to ensure all listings on the platform are authentic, some counterfeit products will inevitably make their way onto the platform. As such, you are encouraged to use the “Reach us” function on the app or website to let us know about the counterfeit product and the user who listed it.
If the Lender is late to pick up the item from you, we encourage you to rate the Lender accordingly. If the Lender fails to pick up the item after multiple attempts by you to get it touch, you should then use the “Reach us” function on the app or website to explain the situation
Yes, as long as you made the Lender aware that you’d be taking the item out of the UAE and the Lender gave their written permission.
